You should stop paying as much for these unneeded subscriptions you pay for that you likely haven't used since you bought it - since all they do is drain your money. I would agree if you didn't cancel your Spotify Premium as I still have mine; in fact, during the production of this... whatever this thing is, an article maybe - I had music playing through Spotify to keep me focused; but that's mainly because I have no other way to efficiently listen to music since I don't own an iPod/MP3 Player. It would also be reasonable to still be using Microsoft Windows or MacOS, as switching to Linux can be scary - I haven't switched yet, I still use Windows 11 as I am terrified by the thought that I'd loose access to all of my important files due to a compatibility error; or that something goes wrong during the installation & I loose access to my laptop. Although, Iam aware how safe installing most Linux Distributions is, especially the one that I'd like to try out - Ubuntu.

You should devolve yout tech.

I am being 100% serious - you should use older technology.

You should cut AI out of your life. You should cancel your Spotify Premium & buy an iPod. You should really cancel any of your subscriptions because it is very likely you don't actually need it.

I understand how difficult it is to just move on from things that at this point are an everyday part of your life.

I keep going through cycles where I delete ChatGPT then Reinstall it just hours later because I needed to as a question; but it is very much possible to completely remove thhese unnecessary attachments you have.

I used to use Opera GX & Google, but now I use Vivaldi & Startpage. Not only do neither of them use AI features, but they also don't waste your time (not counting the ads/sponsored results in Startpage - or how often images in Startpage don't really relate to your Search Query).
